Other Samsung models that support 5G will be onboarded soon. The wonder of 5G is here and growing! Don’t be left out! Remember, you have to be in a 5G coverage area to be able to access it.
To access MTN’s 5G network, first, you’ll need to update your Samsung phone’s software. Here’s how to do it:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down and click on Software Update
- Click on Download and Install
- Download and install the available update.
Once your phone is updated, you can enable 5G by following these simple steps:
- Go to Settings
- Click on Connections and select Mobile Network
- Click on Network Mode (as applicable to which SIM slot has your MTN SIM)
- Select 5G/LTE/3G/2G (Auto Connect)
