Mrs Aishatu Sadauki is a member, Nigeria Institute of Management. She worked as the Chief Agricultural Officer for Home Economics extension planning, execution, supervision, development/training of Home Economics and Professional Staff in Kaduna State in 1984. She also served as Commissioner Social Development, Youth & Sports as well as Commissioner of Education in 1988 and 1989 respectively. In 1990, she was elected Deputy Governor of Kaduna State.

She has held various positions including, Vice President YMCA Board, Kaduna State, Patron Joint National Association of Disabled Persons (JONADP) Kaduna State branch and Chairperson, Council Federal College of Education, Okene, Kogi State.

Also, she was appointed member, Community Development Foundation and was appointed the Chairperson of same in 1995. In 2001, she was appointed Advisory Board member, Endowment Consortium Foundation (ECT) and was appointed member Elder Statesmen, National Political Reform Conference. She has received many national awards one of which is the Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (OON) which was conferred on her for her great service to Nigeria.
