| Promotional Components (if any) | For every 6 minutes of local calls (On Net and Off Net) made each week, customers will get back 50% of minutes used (i.e., 3 minutes); The minutes gotten back are valid for 2days; The minutes gotten back can be used for all local calls (On Net and Off Net) only; Customers must have made at least 6 cumulative minutes of Minutes local calls (On Net and Off Net) from his/her main account every week (i.e., Monday to Sunday) to get 50% of minutes used back; The qualifying minutes of local calls (On Net and Off Net) from a customer’s main account can only be cumulated on a weekly basis (i.e., Monday to Sunday). At 00:00 every Monday, the count resets; The Minutes gotten back will not be useable when an eligible customer migrates out of the MTN Beta Gist Tariff Plan; The maximum number of minutes that can be gotten back in a month is 6000 Minutes |

| Applicable Terms and Conditions | The MTN Betagist Plan is open to all new and existing customers on the MTN network; Customers can choose to remain on the MTN Betagist Plan, or they can migrate to any tariff plan of their choice at any time. All Customers are free to migrate into the MTN Betagist Plan from any other plan at any time. |
