MTN BizConnect – Business Rules

  • Voice call to all local networks (On-Net & Off-Net) will be charged at 12 kobo per second
  • Daily access fee of N15 will be charged after 1st chargeable call of the day; with sufficient credit balance for access fee
  • Upon the deductions of the 1 st daily access fee,
    Weekly CallerFeel, Weekly CRBT and Weekly Business (Capacity Building) Information Service (Tip) will be activated on customers’ mobile lines
  • 400MB Weekly data will be activated on customers’ mobile lines after 7 cummulative days of daily access charges
  • All unused BizConnect Weekly Data allowance at the expiration of the bundle will be automatically rolled over upon renewal
  • Daily Access Fee accumulation for 7 days will be done within a maximum of consecutive 30-day cycle
  • Customers will be informed of weekly data bundle activation as well as expiry
  • Customers will be able to check BizConnect data bundle balances as well as other data balances
  • Customers with insufficient balance for BizConnect Daily Access Fee will be able to make calls at the default rate of 12k/Sec
