A. Carrier grade Access Points (APs) of deferent variants for the Wi-Fi distribution and HyNetFlex device which provides the internet connectivity

A. The service has analytic features which allows you to amongst other things:

  • Customizable welcome/splash page
  • Customer details as a means of authentication prior to login
  • Know your customers who are frequent visitors and those who are not to help you push offers to those not regular
  • Carry out e-mail surveys · Digitalize menu (restaurants)
  • Run adverts intermittently on the platform as users are on the Wi-Fi
  • Can be used as a means of capturing attendance and online learning in schools

A. The number of concurrent users depends on the Access Points (AP) with the least being 256 users

A. This is dependent on the structure, shape and size of the building. However, we recommend carrying out a survey to help determine number and type of AP required.

A. No, we have Wi-Fi MODEMs suitable for indoor and those suitable for outdoor, a survey is needed to determine which one is best fit for your business.

A. Yes, you can use any bandwidth of choice from the available MTN dedicated internet packages.

A. Depending on the variant you subscribe to, you have controls like time slots per user of the Wi-Fi, restriction on websites users can visit while on the Wi-Fi, total volume of data an individual can consume etc.
