Sa’ad Abdulsalam is the Head of the Financial Standards and Corporate Governance Department at the Security Exchange Commission.
A finance and management professional who has progressively contributed to developing capital market regulations, financial standards, corporate governance, and accounting in the financial services sector, he has over 24 years of experience serving in various roles in the Commission.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accounting (UK), and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, he has attended various courses, workshops, and seminars relevant to the mandate of the Commission both in locally and internationally.
