COMPONENTS OF ACCESS BUNDLES
- YouTube Night Streaming Allowance which is a component that can be used for streaming content on YouTube only between 12AM and 5AM daily.
- The YouTube Time-base Streaming Allowance is different from the YouTube Night as it can be used for streaming all day at anytime within the stipulated time on YouTube..
- Allocated call mins on some of the bundles.
DATA BUNDLE SHARING
- Customers who buy any of the Access data bundles will be able to share their active data balance with up to 5 registered beneficiaries on the Family Share functionality.
- Customers must have a minimum data balance of 100MB to be able to allocate data to the registered beneficiaries. Customers will be able to add, remove and set data usage limit for beneficiaries.
- Customers with an active data subscription can also transfer the following categories/volumes from their main data allowance: 100MB, 200MB, 500MB, 1GB, 2GB, 3GB and 5GB. The maximum transferable volume of data per day is 5GB for a maximum of 10 transactions per month. The transferred data will be valid for 7 days (for 100MB to 2GB transfers) and 14 days (for 3GB and 5GB transfers). Only 20% of 70GB bundle and above is transferrable.
- Customers can also gift their loved ones Access bundles or request data from their friends.
ROLLOVER RULE
- Un-used main data balance are ONLY rolled over if the customer buys another data plan from the same category with the current bundle within the stipulated grace period
