I bring over 23 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, beginning my career in the Y’ello family as a Call Centre Agent in 2002 and rising through the ranks to become General Manager, Customer Operations in 2019, In this role, among other achievements, I launched Africa’s first fully digital telco retail store and spearheaded the design and launch of MTN’s flagship airport lounge—widely regarded as Nigeria’s finest, elevating brand experience for high-value customers and reinforcing MTN’s premium position. I managed a retail network of 300+ stores and oversaw customer care strategies for over 80 million subscribers. Through this network of stores, I led retail sales which now contributes over 28% of MTN’s 3.5 million broadband connections and 29% of total revenue.

I became Chief Broadband Officer in 2025.

I hold an MBA from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Leicester, UK, and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in Spain. My Executive training includes advanced programmes at UC Berkeley, Wharton School, and Georgetown University in leadership, finance, and public policy.

With our rebranding as FibreX and a renewed strategy for Connected Home and SME Broadband solutions, my team and I, are eager to take this journey of growth and connections using leading digital platforms with you.
