Key Components of MTN Skills Academy:
- Career Guidance: This offers curated survey questions designed to uncover individual passions and interests. Targeting secondary school students, it serves as a foundational step in making informed career decisions.
- eLearning: This features a selection of curated courses in partnership with Coursera, the global online education provider. Learners are required to complete at least three foundational courses, designed to equip them with essential digital skills for the job market and to enhance small business operations. Upon completing the basic courses, learners gain access to more advanced certification courses through the Career Academy, further expanding their skill set and career prospects.
