This is an initiative designed to empower young entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 35, operating businesses between 0 and 2 years, with modern, tech‑enabled business skills essential for success in today’s digital economy. Since its inception in 2018, the programme has trained 15,362 young Nigerians across 29 states and the FCT. Of these, 1,100 recipients have received equipment grants totalling ₦430 million to support the growth of their businesses. Over the years, the programme has been delivered in collaboration with key ecosystem partners, including Oracle, Microsoft, KPMG, Cisco, and IBM.
In 2026, the Foundation implemented the 7th phase of the programme, reaching 6,000 entrepreneurs across Abuja, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Enugu, Ondo, Plateau, Sokoto, and Taraba States. A total of 5,980 participants completed the training, with 599 recipients subsequently receiving equipment grants.
