If I have multiple data bundles active, which bundle will deplete first?
A. If you have multiple data bundles active on your line, the data bundle with the least validity will be used first.
Will I be able to enjoy data bonus offers when I activate the Always-On data bundle?
A. No, you will not enjoy any bonus offers when you activate Always-On data bundle.
If my data bundle is activated on one-off, will I be able to opt in for Auto-renew or renew the bundle?
A. Yes, you will be able to opt in for Auto-renewal or renew the bundle by sending R+bundle code to 312.
Example:
If you have an active 18.6GB Always On plan that is on One-off option, you will be able to renew it by sending R162 to 312.
Will I be able to cancel auto-renewal anytime?
A. Yes, you will be able to cancel auto-renewal on your bundle anytime by sending NO+bundle code to 312.
Will I be able to rollover my unused Always-On data?
A. Yes, you can roll over the unused data from your Always-On plan if you buy any Access data bundle of 30 days or more or if you buy the same Always On data plan.
