Will I be able to roll over my unused data balance?
A. Yes, you can roll over unused data if you resubscribe within seven (7) days upon data expiration. Rolled over data plan will adopt the validity of the new bundle subscribed.
Will I be able to roll over my unused data bonus?
A. No, you will not be able to roll over the unused free 30GB data and any unused bonus data on
your line.

How to change my MTN MiFi password?
A. Visit 192.168.0.1 when connected to the MiFi.
Use ‘admin’ as password.
Go to Wi-Fi settings and change the WLAN key.
How do I check the MiFi Airtime and Data balances?
A. Please use the https://selfservice.mtn.ng/ portal option. The airtime and data balances can be seen on the homepage.
