How to Re-subscribe to Broadband Router Data Bundles using myMTN NG App
- Open myMTN NG App on your mobile phone (myMTN NG App is available on Android & IOS)
- Click on the ‘Bundle’ tab at the top right of the Home page and select ‘Broadband Bundles’
- Select your preferred Broadband data bundle
How to Re-subscribe to Broadband Router Bundles using MTN eShop
- Visit our online portal at shop.mtn.ng
- Click on the “All Product” Drop down
- Click on Broadband Bundles
- Select your preferred Broadband Bundle
- Sign in to MTN eShop to check out
- Select your preferred means of payment
- Make payment to activate the bundle
How to Re-subscribe to Broadband Router Data Bundles using myMTN NG web
- Visit our online portal at https://mymtn.com.ng
- Enter your MTN Broadband 4G Router number and input the One Time Password (OTP) sent to your alternative number or e-mail address.
- Click on Buy Bundle at the top of the page.
- Click on Broadband Router then select preferred bundle.
Activating Broadband plans via MTN WhatsApp Chatbot (MTN ZIGI)
- Save 09033000001 to your contact as ‘MTN WhatsApp Chatbot.
- Send a WhatsApp message to get started.
- Activate/renew your Broadband Router data, check your balance and get support.
Activating MTN Broadband Bundle plans via USSD on *461#
- Dial USSD code *461*1# and follow the menu prompts to select the Router bundle of your choice.
- Dial USSD code *461*6# and follow the menu prompts to select the Fibre Bundle of your choice.
- Dial USSD Code *461*7# and follow the menu prompts to select the MiFi Bundle of your choice
- Upon bundle selection, please select Buy for Others and input your Device number.

A. You may also link your MTN Broadband 4G Router number to your primary phone number by dialing *312*500# for ease of subscription and management.
- Dial *312*500*1# and follow the menu prompts to link your Broadband Router/MiFi Device with your mobile number
- Dial *312*500*2# and follow the menu prompts to recharge airtime on your Broadband Device phone number
- Dial *312*500*3# and follow the menu prompts to buy broadband data bundles
- Dial *312*500*4# and follow the menu prompts to check your device balance
- Dial *312*500*5# and follow the menu prompts to view/unlink your broadband device

- Dial USSD code *671*2# and follow the menu to select “Buy Airtime/Data”
- Select Buy for Others, input your Device number & select bundle of your choice.
How can I reset my router password?
A. You can reset your router password by following the steps below:
- Use a pin to push down the reset button on the router for 10 seconds or until the router restarts.
- Log onto the device using the default router password written on the router.
- Visit 192.168.0.1 on your browser. Login with ‘admin’ as password.
- Go to the WiFi settings and click on WLAN Key to change the router password.

- Connect a LAN cable from the router to a laptop.
- Visit 192.168.0.1 on your browser. Login with ‘admin’ as password.
- Go to the WiFi settings and click on WLAN Key to change the router password.
