How do I check if I qualify?
A. Visit our stores and confirm with an Intelligra Agent or use our online self-onboarding platform at https://mtnng.intelligra.io/.
How long do I have to pay for the device?
A. Choose from 12, 9, 6, or 3 months.
How much do I pay monthly for each duration?
A. The monthly payment depends on the qualified and selected bundle plan.
What is required of customers?
A. Customers must have a First Bank salary account number, a valid means of identification (NIN), and an active MTN number.
Do I need to visit the store every time I want to make a monthly repayment?
A. No, you can make payments without visiting the store.
Do I make payments to any Agents?
A. No, make payments through approved channels, not to agents.
Is there any penalty if I fail to make the next month's payment?
Yes, if you miss a payment, your device access will be temporarily suspended until you pay. There’s also a penalty fee.
Can I gift the phone while paying for my bundle?
A. No, gifting the phone is not allowed during the bundle payment period.
What if I'm too busy to visit the store for a plan subscription?
A. You can conveniently use our self-onboarding platform and finalize the process during pickup from any nearby store.
What payment options are available for device financing?
A. Payment options include:

How does the self-onboarding process work?
A. Customers must provide their phone number, FBN salary account number and NIN for validation. If validation is successful, select your preferred bundle and complete the KYC process.
What happens if I'm late for my loan payment?
A. Your phone gets locked, and you incur penalty charges.
Is there a grace period before penalties are set in?
A. Yes, there’s a 24-hour grace period if you miss your payment due date before penalties apply.
