A. Yes, Keza is a registered co-operation in Nigeria and the United States.

A. You can apply online via eShop (embed the eShop link to Keza here) it takes two minutes to fill out the application form.

A. After you apply online, Keza will perform necessary credit checks and underwriting to confirm your eligibility. If you are eligible, you make a downpayment and we deliver your device to you within 48 hours!

What would make me eligible to apply for device finance? What would make me eligible to apply for device finance?

A. Your eligibility is dependent on some factors which are:

  • Your proven identity
  • Your credit history
  • Your ability to conveniently make the required monthly payments.
How long do applications take to get approved? How long do applications take to get approved?

A. Applications typically take 12 hours to get reviewed.

A. Once your application gets approved, we will send you an email detailing the next step.

A. Your application may be rejected for the following reasons:

  • If you have active loans
  • If you lack the financial ability to make the monthly payments for the applied device
  • If the documents provided do not verify your identity
  • If you have a low credit score

A. All information provided is encrypted and handled securely by Keza. It will not be used for any other purposes than what it’s been intended for. So, yes, we assure you that your personal information is safe.

A. We need to confirm that you have a consistent income, you have no pending loans, and that the monthly repayment amount is convenient for you.

What type of bank statement should I upload for my device application with Keza? What type of bank statement should I upload for my device application with Keza?

A. You should upload either your salary or business bank statement based on your employment details. We require a bank statement that verifies your income.

What can I submit instead of my bank statement? What can I submit instead of my bank statement?

A. There is no alternative document, it is compulsory your bank statement is submitted. We assure you that we have no access to any of your accounts through your bank statements.

Why do you need my BVN? Why do you need my BVN?

A. We need your BVN to confirm that you aren’t being impersonated and all details provided match your BVN information. We understand that this is very sensitive information and take your privacy very seriously. We also need your BVN to review your credit history.

A. Yes! You can.

A. We currently do not have a mobile app, but this is being worked on.

A. Yes, you can, 30% is the minimum deposit you can pay when applying for a smartphone.

A. Yes, you can, the minimum tenure for your monthly repayment is 1 month and the maximum is 6 months.

A. Yes, you can, if the monthly repayment rate is convenient for you.

A. Your down payment can be made as soon as your application gets approved. You will receive an “application approved” email after applying.

A. We will constantly reach out to you and if you still do not make payment, we will resort to locking your smartphone or retrieving it in cases of consistent defaults.

A. You can purchase both iPhones and Android Phones.

A. The minimum battery health you can have for a pre-owned iPhone is 80%.

A. Yes, you can, however, it is best you wait for the approval of your application before you change it.

A. Yes, Keza sells only new Android phones, whilst for iPhones, Keza sells both new & pre-owned iPhones and we ensure all phones are inspected and are in great condition.

A. Brand-new phones come with a 1-year warranty that covers the manufacturer’s faults. Pre-owned phones do not come with a warranty.

A. The delivery fee is added to your initial deposit, and it is dependent on your location.

A. We have a physical office space that serves as the backdrop for our customer support team. Our location is 8/9, Johnson Street, off Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja. However, we deliver whenever you wish, to your doorstep or desired location.

A. It usually takes 24 – 72 hours for your phone to get delivered to your doorstep, depending on where you are in the country.
