A. Mdundo is an audio content sharing platform available Online, via web and as a mobile application, operating simultaneously, that allows users to upload, download and live streaming of audio content. The Mdundo platform has over 1.9 million songs from 150,000 artistes across Africa.

How do I subscribe to Mdundo?
A. You can subscribe to Mdundo by texting “MUNW” to 13175 for Mdundo weekly, or “MUND” to 13175 for Mdundo daily.
I am on the Mdundo site. How can I stream or download a song?
A. Once you have subscribed to Mdundo, you can stream songs by simply clicking on the song you want to listen to. To download, just click on the download button on the song title.
What happens after I send the subscription request?
A. Once you send “MUND” for daily or “MUNW” for weekly to 13175, you will receive a double confirmation page for you to consent. Once you consent by selecting “one-off” or “auto renewal”, you will be
subscribed to the service and the requisite charges will be deducted.
How many songs can I stream or download?
A. You will be able to stream and download all songs on Mdundo
What kind of content do I get on Mdundo?

How do I delete offline stored music?
A. You can go to the File section of your smartphone under download and choose which mdundo audio files you want to delete.

A. You can cancel your subscription by sending the word STOP to 13175.
