How long can I keep enjoying the 5G Smartphone on my device?
A. The 5GB one-off free data has a validity of 7 days, and the 50% data bonus offer, upon purchase of eligible data bundle takes the validity of the data bundle purchased. The offer itself is valid for 6 months.
Will I be charged for activating an MTN Data bundle?
A. Yes, you will be charged for activating any MTN Data Bundle. However, you will not be charged for the Data bonus.
Will the Data Bonus offer rollover?
A. No! It will not roll over.
If I have an active data bundle and I also have a data Bonus on my line, which data will be used first?
A. The data usage on my line will be first from the bonus data, and once it gets to 50%, usage will be switched to the main data, and the cycle will continue until the bundle volume is exhausted or expired.
