How will I benefit from registering my details/creating a profile?
A. It means you will be able to apply for vacancies without having to enter your details each time.
How often are roles advertised?
A. Advertisement of roles is subject to the availability of job vacancies.
Can I apply for multiple roles at once?
A. Yes, you can apply for multiple roles if you possess the skills and experience for the different roles.
If I was not selected for a position, can I apply for another role?
A. Yes, you can, if you have the skills sets and requirements.
Can my location affect my job application?
A. Our recruitment process is without boundaries. A candidate’s location does not have any effect on their job application.
I was not shortlisted to take a test even when I know I am qualified for the role. Why?
A. All applications are properly screened against MTN’s shortlisting criteria per role. Candidates who meet minimum of 80% of the role’s criteria get shortlisted.
Can I reschedule my test?
A. Yes, applicants can reschedule their test at least 24hrs before the initial scheduled test date.
When do I receive my test scores after taking a function specific test?
A. Candidates will get their test scores via email within 2 working days.
I got a good score during the test, but I was not invited for the interviews. Why?
A. The standard cut off mark for a function specific test is 50%. However, there is a maximum number of candidates that can be invited for an interview and this is subject to the overall performance of the candidates.
When do I expect an interview invite after taking the function specific test?
A. If your application will be progressing to the interview stage, you will receive an invite within 2-4 weeks after taking the function specific test.
What is the mode of interviews at MTNN?
A. Interviews are conducted physically and virtually depending on a candidate’s preference or prevailing condition.
What are the types of interviews at MTNN?
A. MTNN deploys different types of interviews depending on the level of the role and number of eligible candidates. The interviews can be pre-interview screening exercise, business case presentation, competency-based panel interview, executive chat & psychometrics assessment.
