A. When you send “SP”, to 9013, you will receive a double confirmation page for you to give consent. Once you give consent by selecting “Accept with auto-renewal” or “Accept with one-off” an SMS from MTNN is sent with a URL to access the service. 

In a situation where you do not get a pop-up after sending SP to 9013, kindly dial *305*3# to complete the subscription. 

When you click on the link/banner, you will be directed to the SecureD page to give consent (Accept auto-renewal or one-off) and make payment. Upon successful payment, you will be automatically redirected to the platform page to sign up. 

A. When you get on the platform, you will be required to create your account by entering your email address, full name, phone number and password.

Afterwards, you will be asked to validate your account by sending and verifying via OTP (one-time passcode).

When your account has been successfully created, you will be required to add your CV, LinkedIn profile, skills, preferences etc. 

A. It can take up to 24 hours for the profile to be ready, at which point learning recommendations will start to be generated

A. We are launching with courses in the Creative Arts like, Lighting for film, Theatre and film, Stage and Production management, Video Editing, Content Creation and Film Production. These courses are provided in partnership with Terrakulture Film Academy.  

Other courses coming later are on Leadership, Finance, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence which is provided in partnership with edX. 

A. An eligible user will be able to take on multiple courses with respect to the Creative Arts courses, as they are     On-demand based. You can also take multiple edX courses, however, they have a validity of 30days. 

If a user selected one-off and is unable to complete an edX course within 30days, they will need to subscribe to the course again to complete the course.

• Pathways: This is where you can view and explore your AI generated career pathways (Today, Grow and Pivot). here you an also view and apply for current open job opportunities, view your skills gaps against the Grow and Pivot pathway jobs and complete any recommended learning courses to address those skill gaps
• Profile: This is your personal profile which will be created and populated when you first sign up and you can come back here to update your CV, skills and your preferences if you so wish.

A. This is a sophisticated tool designed to guide you through potential career trajectories. It’s powered by AI that has analyzed millions of career paths, ensuring the recommendations are both insightful and relevant. How roles are matched to you:

1. Comprehensive Career Modelling: AI has modeled millions of career paths, providing a vast database of potential trajectories. By analyzing these paths, the AI can identify common patterns, skill progressions, and career transitions.
2. Personalized Role Matching: The AI matches you to potential paths based on:
   • Your current role and skills.
   • Your skills and experiences accumulated over time.
   • Career trajectories of individuals with similar backgrounds

AI Pathway Recommendations:  

Today: These are roles that you could potentially move into immediately, based on your current skill set and experience. The AI identifies active job adverts and aligns them with your profile.

Grow: This category showcases roles you could aspire to in the future. While you might not have all the required skills right now, with some growth and development, these positions could be within your reach.

Pivot: Recognizing the versatility of skills, the AI suggests roles that might be different from your current trajectory but are attainable by leveraging the skills possessed already. It’s about exploring new avenues without starting from scratch.

A. This depends on how quickly the learning provider processes your course completion, usually around 24 hours. The gained skill will then appear on your profile
