A. Migration into Pulse is free. However, if it is your subsequent migration within 30 days then you will be charged ₦102.

Will I be charged the daily fee on the MTN Pulse plan?
A. No, you will NOT be charged the daily fee on the MTN Pulse plan.
Will the Nightlife bundle be activated for me as soon as I migrate to Pulse?
A. No, Nightlife bundle will NOT be activated for you as soon as you migrate to Pulse. You will be required to subscribe in the following ways;
- Sending NT2 to 312 for 500MB Pulse Nightlife bundle.
- Dialling *406# and selecting preferred bundle plan from Pulse Nightlife bundle menu.
Will I be able to use the Pulse Nightlife bundle ALL day?
A. No, you will NOT be able to use the Pulse Nightlife bundle all day. You will ONLY be able to use the bundle from 11pm to 6am.
Will I be able to subscribe to the Pulse Nightlife bundle multiple times?
A. Yes, you will be able to subscribe to 500MB Pulse Nightlife bundles multiple times but NOT more than 2GB in a day.
Example: You can activate the 500MB Nightlife bundle FOUR (4 times), making a maximum 2GB a day.
How do I check my Pulse Nightlife bundle balance?
A. To check your Pulse Nightlife bundle balance, simply dial *310# OR dial *406*3*3#.
Will I be able to activate the Pulse Nighlife bundle within the browsing period 11pm – 6am, if I exhaust my 2GB?
A. No, you will NOT be able to activate another Pulse Nightlife bundle within the browsing period of 11pm – 6am once you have exhausted the maximum of 2GB BUT will be able to activate another Pulse Nightlife bundle after 6am. You will ONLY be able to activate another Pulse Nightlife bundle within 11pm – 6am if you are yet to use up to 2GB.
Example: If you activated a maximum of 2GB Pulse Nightlife bundle and exhausted it before 6am. You will ONLY be able to activate another Pulse Nightlife bundle after 6am.
Can I rollover my unused Pulse Nightlife bundle?
A. No, you will NOT be able to roll over your unused Pulse Nightlife bundle balance. All unused Pulse Nightlife bundle balance will be cleared after 6 am.
Do I need to subscribe every day to enjoy the Pulse Nightlife bundle or will my subscription be renewed automatically?
A. No, your subscription will NOT be renewed automatically. You will need to subscribe daily to enjoy the Nightlife browsing.
Will I be able to activate the Pulse Nightlife bundle when I am not on Pulse tariff plan?
A. Yes, you can subscribe to the Pulse Nightlife bundle when you are not on Pulse tariff plan. However, you will be migrated to MTN Pulse plan after successful activation.
NB: You will NOT be charged for migration whenever you activate the Pulse Nightlife bundles from other tariff plan.
Will I be notified that my line will be migrated to MTN Pulse when I buy the Pulse Nightlife bundle?
A. Yes, you will receive a consent menu that your line will be migrated to MTN Pulse if you proceed to buy the Pulse Nightlife bundle from other tariff plan.
What is Pulse Points Offer?
A. Pulse Points Offer awards Pulse customers points for the following activities:
- First-time migration to the Pulse tariff plan.
- Activation of select data plans:
- Daily Data plans
- Weekly Data plans
- Monthly Data plans
- Instagram/TikTok/Youtube Data bundles.
If I have been on the Pulse tariff plan but migrated out, will l receive Pulse Points if l migrate back to the Pulse tariff?
A. No, you will not receive Pulse Points if you migrate back to the Pulse tariff.
Will I earn points for making calls?
A. No, Pulse customers will not get any Points reward when they make calls from their lines.
Will l receive points for making calls from my bonus account?

Will l get a notification once I receive the point?

Can I use my Pulse Points to make calls?

What is the validity of my Pulse Points?
A. The Pulse Points will be valid for a period of 1 (One) Calendar Year e.g. January 1st 2020 – December 31st 2020 11:59 pm. Any unused point will be cleared upon expiry.

A. No, you will NOT receive Pulse Points if you:

Will l be able to use my Pulse Points if l migrate out of the Pulse plan?
A. No, you will lose your Pulse Points if you migrate out of the Pulse plan.
Will l be able to accumulate the Pulse Points?
A. Yes, you can accumulate your Pulse points and exchange them for free Data.
How can I redeem my Pulse Points?
A. You will be able to redeem your Pulse Points and at any time to purchase eligible data bundles via:

What services can I exchange my Pulse Points for?
A. You will be able to redeem your Pulse Points by using Pulse Points only, or a combination of Pulse Points and Airtime for the following services:

Will I be able to combine my airtime and points balance to redeem Data Bundles?
A. Yes. You will be able to redeem bundles by combining your Airtime and Pulse Points.
If I choose the Airtime Only option, but I have insufficient airtime and sufficient Pulse Points, will the bundle be activated?
A. No, the bundle activation will fail due to insufficient airtime, and you will receive a notification stating this.
When I choose the Pulse Points and Airtime option, and I have sufficient airtime and sufficient Pulse Points to purchase the bundle, which of these will be deducted?
A. When you choose the Pulse Points and Airtime option to purchase your data plan, the higher priority will be given to the Pulse Points, so your Pulse Points will be deducted.
When I choose the Pulse Points and Airtime option, and I have sufficient airtime but insufficient Pulse Points to purchase the bundle, which of these will be deducted?
A. Your Pulse Points will be deducted first, then your airtime will be charged to make up the amount for the data plan.
Example: If you choose the Pulse Points and Airtime option to purchase the 2GB for ₦1,500, and you have 500 Pulse Points and N1,500 on your Main Account, the 500 Pulse Points will be deducted, and N1000 will be charged to your Main Account to activate the data plan.
Will l be able to use my Pulse Points or Pulse Points and Airtime for data gifting to others?
A. No, you will NOT be able to use Pulse Points or Pulse Points and Airtime for data gifting.
Will l be able to use both Pulse Points and Airtime from main/Xtratime account to complete a transaction?
A. YES, you will be able to use both Pulse Points and airtime from main/Xtratime account to complete a transaction.
Will l be able to transfer my Pulse Points to loved ones or family?
A. No, Pulse Points are not transferable to loved ones or family.
What is Pulse Instagram/TikTok/Youtube bundle?
A. MTN Pulse Instagram/TikTok/Youtube bundle is an Instagram/TikTok/Youtube bundle that allows Pulse customers to enjoy access to Instagram/TikTok/Youtube at any time of the day at a special rate.

A. The Pop-up menu is a feature that allows you to set your Instagram/TikTok/Youtube bundle on One-off or Renewal purchase:
- One-Off Purchase means that your Instagram/TikTok/Youtube bundle will not renew after expiry.
- Auto-renew Purchase means your Instagram/TikTok/Youtube bundle will auto-renew after expiry.
If I exit the Pop-Up Menu or it times out before selecting an option, will my Instagram/TikTok/Youtube bundle be on One-off or Auto renew option?
A. If you exit the Pop-Up Menu or it times out before selecting an option, your Instagram/TikTok/Youtube bundle will be on One-off purchase. This means that your data bundle will not auto-renew upon expiry.
If my Instagram/TikTok/Youtube bundle is on One-off option, will I be able to opt in for Auto renew option to renew the bundle?
A. Yes, you will be able to opt in for the Autorenew option to automatically renew your bundle by sending R+bundle code to 312. See keywords below:

Will I be able to cancel auto-renewal anytime?

Will I be able to subscribe to these data bundles multiple times?

I got free 1 hr data capped at 100MB, what is it about?
A. When you activate the Pulse Special Bundle, you will get 1hr bolt-on data capped at 100MB which can ONLY be used on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
When will the 1hr bolt-on (IG/TikTok/Youtube) data expire?
A. The 1hr will start counting from the moment you launch any of the applications and will expire an hour after. However, if not used, the 100MB will have the same validity with the bundles activated.
Example:
If you activate 750MB valid for 2 days, the 100MB will be on the line for 2 days and the 1hr will start counting from the moment you launch any of the applications (IG/TikTok/Youtube).
If I activate multiple data bundles, which bundle will deplete first?
A. The bundle with the closest expiry will deplete first.
Example: If you have both 750MB 2-day bundle and 1.2GB 7-day bundles activated, then your 750MB data bundle will deplete first
If I have the 1hr bolt-on data and Pulse IG/TikTok/Youtube bundle, which bundle will deplete first?
A. The 100MB 1hour bolt-on data will deplete first, then the Pulse IG/TikTok/YouTube, when using IG, TikTok or Youtube.
Will I be able to rollover my unused data bundle?
A. Yes, your unused balance will rollover if you activate either 750MB or 1.2GB data bundle within grace period; 1day and 3 days respectively.
Example: If you activate the 750MB 2-day plan and on the day of expiry you have 500MB remaining in your data main account. If you renew the bundle within 1day, the remaining 500MB data bundle will be rolled over to the new data bundle. This means that you will have 1.25GB in your data main account.
Will I be able to activate the Pulse Special Bundles when I am not on Pulse tariff plan?
A. YES, you can subscribe to the Pulse Special bundles when you are not on Pulse tariff plan. However, you will be migrated to MTN Pulse plan after successful activation.

What is the new SIM acquisition offer?

Can I change my selection after SIM registration?
