A. Simple, just recharge using *886*Recharge PIN#. Once your recharge is successful, the minutes will be credited in your Sachet Bundle account.
Examples:
- If Chika recharges N100, she will get 8.50 minutes of voice call in her Sachet Bundle account.
- If Isreal recharges N200, he will get 21 minutes of voice call in his Sachet Bundle account.
- If Adesuwa recharges N500, she will get 55.00 minutes of voice call in her Sachet bundle account.
Can I purchase Sachet Bundle offer using the airtime from my Main Account?
A. Yes, you can purchase Sachet Bundle using airtime from your Main Account by dialing *887# or *312*7#.
What will happen when I select a recharge amount on *887#?
A. The recharge amount selected will be deducted from the available airtime in your main account and you will be credited with the applicable minutes.
Will I get the Sachet Bundle airtime minutes if I recharge any amount that is not in the specified band?
A. NO, you will not receive any airtime offer if you recharge any amount that is not specified. You will only have the recharge value credited in the main account and no voice minutes shall be awarded.
Example:
If James recharges N1000, he will not receive any airtime offer but will get N1000 in his main account
Will I receive the Sachet Bundle airtime offer if I recharge using the recharge code *311*Recharge PIN#?
A. If you recharge using *311* Recharge PIN#, you will not receive any airtime offer, but the airtime value will be credited in your main account.
What services can I use the airtime in my Sachet Bundle account for?
A. The airtime in your Sachet Bundle account can only be used for National Calls.
Will I be able to subscribe to any services (Data bundle, MTN Back up, CallerTunez, MTN Play, VAS etc.) from my Sachet Bundle account?
A. No, you will not be able to subscribe to any service from your Sachet Bundle account. However, you can still subscribe to these services from your main account.
What is the validity of the airtime in my Sachet Bundle account?
A. The airtime in the Sachet Bundle account will be valid for 1 day, 2 days or 5 days depending on the recharge band.

What happens if I exhaust the voice minutes in my Sachet Bundle account?
A. Once you exhaust the voice minutes in your Sachet Bundle account, your calls will be charged from your main account at your default tariff plan rate or any active bundle.
Can I recharge multiple times to enjoy the Sachet Bundle offer?
A. Yes, you can recharge multiple times to enjoy the Sachet Bundle offer using *886*Recharge PIN# provided the recharge limit isn’t exceeded.
How can I check my Sachet Bundle account balance?
A. You can check your Sachet Bundle account balance by dialing the USSD code *310*15#.
Will I lose the minutes in my Sachet Bundle account if I migrate to any other plan?
A. If you migrate to any other tariff plan, you will not lose the voice minutes in your Sachet Bundle account.
Will I be able to transfer airtime from my Sachet Bundle account to a beneficiary through MTN Share?
A. No, you will NOT be able to transfer minutes from your Sachet Bundle account to a beneficiary through MTN Share.
If I have an outstanding loan, will I receive Sachet Bundle offer when I recharge using *886*Recharge PIN#?
A. If you have an outstanding loan and you recharge using *886*Recharge PIN#, you will receive the balance of your recharge on your main account after your loan has been cleared.
Examples:
- Yusuf has an outstanding balance of N50, he recharges N100 using *886*Recharge PIN#. His loan of N50 will be cleared, then he will receive N50 in his main account.
- Funmi has an outstanding balance of N100, she recharges N200 using *886*Recharge PIN#. Her loan of N100 will be cleared, then she will receive N100 in her main account.
- Tobe has an outstanding balance of N300, he recharges N500 using *886*Recharge PIN#. His loan of N300 will be cleared and he will receive N200 in his main account.
