How are weekly payments made?
A. Weekly payments can be made through approved digital payment channels to your Sun King virtual account, or other available payment options.
What happens if I miss a payment?
A. Missed payments may attract reminders, temporary service restrictions, or other actions according to the financing agreement.
Can I pay off my device early?
A. Yes, early repayment is allowed. Please contact us using our toll-free number, the USSD self-service channel or your sales agent for the payoff amount and process.
When do I fully own the device?
A. You fully own the device once all agreed payments have been completed successfully.
What if my device is lost or stolen during the financing period?
A. Please report the incident immediately to customer support. Financing obligations may still apply based on the terms of the agreement.
Can I return or exchange the device?
A. Returns or exchanges are subject to the return policy, warranty terms, and device condition.
Can I return my device if I am not able to meet up with the payment?
A. Please contact customer support immediately to discuss available options. Return requests are subject to financing terms and approval.
Is the device under warranty?
A. Yes. Eligible devices come with manufacturer or seller warranty based on the specific device and warranty period.

A. You can check your balance or payment history through approved Sun King digital channels – AIVA WhatsApp bot, USSD Self Service or by contacting our toll free Customer Support Line.

What is the validity of the Device Financing data?
A. The data bundle is valid for 1 month.
Will I be able to roll over my unused data from the Device Financing data?
A. No, unused Device Financing data cannot be rolled over. Any remaining balance will expire at the end of the validity period.
