A. You can download the app for free via the Google Play Store and the Apple app store.
uduX can also be accessed on www.uduX.com website. The service is supported by all browsers preferably Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari.
All users can enjoy our catalogue of over 20 Million songs and counting. Upon registration, as a new user you will receive the first 14 days free.
WHAT KIND OF CONTENT DO I GET ON UDUX?
A. uduX offers a wide variety of music both new and catalogue content with more spotlight on local content.
CAN I DOWNLOAD SONGS?
A. Yes, songs can be downloaded for offline listening.
DO I NEED THE INTERNET TO BE ABLE TO STREAM MUSIC?
A. Yes, you need to be online to be able to stream music. However, you can play your downloaded songs offline without an internet connection.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER OR LOG ON OR PROVIDE A USERNAME OR PASSPORT TO ACCESS IT?
A. You can login with your MTN number then enter 4digit OTP sent via SMS.
DO I HAVE TO BUY A SEPARATE BUNDLE DATA WITH MY SUBSCRIPTION?
A. There are data bundled subscription plans available with corresponding validity period of 7 days and 30days respectively.
If you do not need the data bundled plans you can choose access only plans and enjoy music streaming music with your own data or wifi.
WILL I GET ADS WHEN LISTENING TO MUSIC?
A. No! uduX is a premium music streaming service and has no visual or audio ads.
DOES THE SERVICE WORK ON WIFI?
A. Yes it does.
HOW DO I DELETE OFFLINE MUSIC?
A. Login to the App, go to favorite songs, select drop down menu on the right then select Remove from Downloads.
