- WBO data offer enables customers to purchase four special WBO data bundles.
Who is eligible for the Welcome Back Offer?
A. Customers who have been dormant on the network are eligible for either or both categories of the Welcome Back Offer.
What value does the customer get for Welcome Back Recharge Offer?
A. Voice bonus of 7 times the face value of the recharge amount
Data bonus of 3 times the face value of the recharge amount
Note: The recharge amount is fully converted into the WBO 7X Voice Bonus and 3X Data Bonus

If I am not an eligible customer, can I still enjoy the Welcome Back Recharge Offer if I recharge with *161*PIN#?
A. No, if you are not an eligible customer, you will not receive the Welcome Back Recharge Offer when you dial *161*PIN#. However, you will still get the face value of your recharge into your main account.
If I am an eligible customer, will I be notified when I recharge via normal code: *311*PIN#?
A. When eligible Welcome Back Recharge Offer customer recharges via *311*PIN#, customer will receive the below message notification:
“Your account recharge of Nxx.xx was successful. Get 10 times value on your recharge! Dial *161*pin# when recharging from N50 to N1,500.”
What type of recharge is permitted for the Welcome Back Recharge Offer?
A. Only Logical and Physical cards from N50 – N1500 can be used to enjoy the offer.
If I recharge with more than N1500 or less than N50, will I receive the Welcome Back Recharge Offer?
A. If you recharge with more than N1500 or less than N50, you will not get the Welcome Back Recharge Offer. As an eligible customer, you must recharge from N50 – N1500 to receive the Welcome Back Recharge Offer.
I just recharged using *161*PIN#. How do I check my account balance?
A. As an eligible customer, you can check your WBO balance by dialling *310#.
What is the validity of the Welcome Back Recharge Offer?
A. When you recharge with N100 and below, the Welcome Back Recharge Offer is valid for 14 days but a recharge over N100 is valid for 30 days.
Will I be able to make international calls with the Welcome Back Recharge Voice Bonus?
A. No, the Welcome Back Recharge Voice Bonus is only for national calls.
Will I be able to Roam with the Welcome Back Recharge Voice Bonus or Data Bonus?
A. No, you will not be able to Roam with the Welcome Back Recharge Voice Bonus or Data Bonus.
