What payment methods are available in Xtrabuy?
Xtrabuy offers multiple secure and convenient payment methods to complete your purchases:
- Bank USSD: You can pay directly using USSD banking. Once this payment option is selected, a redirection takes place to your bank’s USSD environment where you can seamlessly authorize the payment. Note: Bank USSD should be enabled and linked to your MSISDN.
- Bank Account: Xtrabuy can generate a payment link that redirects you to your bank’s online payment platform, allowing you to authorize the payment directly from your bank account. Note: A smartphone is needed for this option.
- Bank Card: Use your debit or credit card to pay for Xtrabuy offers. A secure payment link will redirect you to a platform where you can enter your card details and confirm the transaction. Note: A smartphone is needed for this option.
How does Bank USSD payment work?
After selecting a product and your preferred bank, you will be redirected seamlessly to your bank’s USSD platform, to authorize the payment directly (enter PIN). Once the payment is processed, your purchase will be confirmed, and the product will be delivered.
How do I pay with my Bank Account?
A payment link will be generated and sent to you. By clicking the link, you’ll be directed to a secure payment gateway, where you can follow the provided instructions for completing the payment through your Bank Account.
How do I use my Bank Card to pay?
When you choose this option, a payment link will redirect you to a secure MTN Payment platform, where you can input your card details. You also have the option to save your card for future transactions, ensuring a quicker checkout experience.
