A. No, services are not free. You will be charged the equivalent amount for each of the services activated.
What will happen if I do not have any VAS and dial *305#?
A. If you do NOT have any active VAS and you dial *305#, you will receive the message below: “You have no active service. For more value added services please dial *305*2#”
Do I need to cancel all my services all at once?
A. You do not need to cancel all your services at once. When you dial *305#, you can either delete one or All your services, depending on what you want to delete.
Can I cancel my service(s) from this menu?
A. Yes, you CAN cancel all your services from this menu. To do this, follow the steps below
- Dial *305#
- Click on “Active Services”
- Select the “Cancel All” option.
Will I get any message or notification when I delete any of my services?
A. Yes you will. You will receive the notification message below: “You have unsubscribed from Everyday News. To subscribe again, text EDNEWS to 700 or dial *305# to view other services. Thank you”
