Skills, Expertise and Experience

Mr. Gasant has served on the boards of a number of international companies within the MTN Group, including MTN SA since 2007. He serves as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committees of the MTN group companies.

He has held financial and leadership roles at companies such as Mobil Oil Southern Africa, Engen and Rapid African Energy Holdings, a start-up oil and gas exploration company, focused on Africa.
