There are two ways to do this:

  • From the home screen: Click on the blue “+” button on the bottom right hand of your screen and select the “add customer” button on the menu. To help you track or distinguish customers, we recommend that you enter your customer’s name and phone number. You can also add notes about the customer in this step. Then click the green “add customer” button to add a customer. The added customer is now visible on the Customer’s page.
  • From the “offers” menu: On the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen, click “offers”. Then click on the blue “+” button on the bottom right hand of your screen and select the “add customer” button on the menu. We recommend entering your customer’s phone number and name for easy tracking. You can also add notes about the customer on this step. Then click the green “add customer” button to add a customer. The added customer is now visible on the Customers page.
How do I create an offer?How do I create an offer?

Click on the blue “+” button on the bottom right hand of your screen and select the “Create offer” button on the menu. Enter an offer name of your choice in the space provided i.e. the name of what you are offering. Next, you will need to describe your offer in the space below the offer name. Note: your customer will view this description when you share the offer. Specify how long you would like the offer to run (e.g. one week, one month, etc.) and click “Create Offer” to complete the process.

How do I send an offer?How do I send an offer?

On the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen, click “Offers”. Select the offer that you would like to send in the section labeled “My Offers”. Click on the blue “Send Offer” button on the top left-hand side of your screen and enter the phone number of the customer to which you want to send the offer. If the offer you want to send is selected below the phone number, click “Send Offer”. Else, choose a different offer and then send it.

On the home menu, select “Get feedback”. Start by adding customers if you have not added any already.

Next, to pay for this feature, select the plan that works best for you and make your payment using the instructions provided.

You can get feedback in two ways:

1. From the list of customers on the Customers screen, select a particular customer. Then send feedback by clicking the “Feedback” button at the top.

2. When adding a new customer, check the box labeled “Request Feedback”.

On the home screen, click “Advertise” and select the app you want to use to send your ad.

For instance, if you choose WhatsApp, you can select individual contacts or whatsapp groups and send them a message promoting your business.

On the home menu select the “settings/gear” button on the top right hand of your screen and click “subscriptions”. Choose the plan that suits your business and follow the prompts to complete your payment.

On the home menu select the “settings/gear” button on the top right hand of your screen and click “Profile”. Input the additional information in the fields provided below and click “Update details” to save your changes.

Not to worry. What are the charges per feature (adding customers, making payments, sending offers, etc.) and the monthly subscription fee?What are the charges per feature (adding customers, making payments, sending offers, etc.) and the monthly subscription fee?

There are no charges associated with adding customers or sending payments. Monthly subscription fees are N500 per month or 5500 per annum. There are also no payments associated with receiving payments but the customer is charged a token of the transaction fee depending on transaction volume.

The service cannot be used offline because you need to be connected to get online real-time information from your customers.

For now, most Android smartphones are compatible with the application. More phone models, including Apple, will be added in subsequent versions.
