How does it work?

- No active digital service = ₦13.40/min
Which digital services qualify?
A. Services like:
- ESET Security
- Y’ello Y’Fi
- Other approved MTN SME digital products
Does it cost anything to activate?
A. No. Activation is free.
Do I need more than one digital service to get a discount?
A. No. One active subscription qualifies you for the lower rate.
What happens if my service expires?
A. Your call rate automatically reverts to ₦13.40/min until you renew.
Will I be notified when my call rate changes?
A. Yes. You will receive an SMS when your rate changes.
How do I check if I have an active digital subscription?
A. Through *460# or the MyMTN App under digital services.
Can I migrate out of BizXtra?
A. Yes. You can switch to any MTN tariff at any time via USSD or App.
