A. It is available to SMEs and Corporate Customers who need better control over data distribution within their business.

Unlike standard bundles, Gift-a-Byte allows businesses to share data with employees
or customers, ensuring cost efficiency and better control over data usage.

A. Unlike standard bundles, Gift-a-Byte allows businesses to share data with employees or customers, ensuring cost efficiency and better control over data usage.

Is there a minimum or maximum data limit for sharing? Is there a minimum or maximum data limit for sharing?

A. Yes. Customers can share 500MB, 1GB, 2GB, 5GB, or 10GB based on their active bundle plan.

How long does shared data last? How long does shared data last?

A. Validity depends on the customer’s active plan:

  • 30-Day Bundles → Shared data is valid for 30 days (applies between March 1st – 31st, 2025)
  • 30-Day Bundles → Shared data is valid for 7 days (applies from April 1st, 2025 onwards until further notice)
  • 90-Day Bundles → Shared data is valid for 30 days (applies from April 1st, 2025 onwards until further notice)
What happens if the main bundle expires? What happens if the main bundle expires?

A. If the main bundle expires on a 30-day plan, the customer can use rolled over data, when a new 30-days plan is purchased within the grace period of 7 days. The same applies for the 90-days plan.

Can SME Data Share plan holders roll over unused bundles? Can SME Data Share plan holders roll over unused bundles?

A. SME Data Share plan holders can roll over unused bundles within the grace period stipulated by NCC.
