A. This is Available to all Android & iOS Mobile devices.

What is the Validity for the 3 variants?
A – 1GB – 30days

What if a customer is running on an existing Flexa with Apple Music and want to activate the Apple direct to paid?
A. The customer will receive a message that says, “Your subscription failed because you have an active Flexa with Apple Music XGB subscription that is yet to expire”.
What if a customer is running on an existing Apple direct to paid and want to activate the Flexa with Apple Music?
A. The customer will receive a “forfeiture” notification just before subscription of which they can accept or reject. Buying the hard bundle cancels the direct to paid. You cannot have both.
How can I subscribe?
A – Via USSD
- By dialing the short code *305# > select 2 New services > Select 4 Apple Music > Select 1 for the bundle plans. Or *305*8#
- Dial *312# >Select 1 data plan> select 9 Flexa Bundle > Select 1, 2, 3 for bundle plans.
B – Via SMS
Send “Music1” for 1GB, “Music5” for 5GB or “Music15” for 15GB to 8000.

What happens after I send the subscription request?
A. Once you send “Music1”, “Music5” or “Music15” to 8000, you will receive a double confirmation page for you to consent.
Once you consent by selecting “Accept with auto-renewal” or “Accept with one-off” an SMS from 8000 is sent with a URL to activate the service. You will be prompted with a screen asking if you have Apple music or download via Google Playstore (for Android Devices).
For an Apple device, you will be taken directly to the app for the validation process.
In a situation where you do not get a pop-up after sending Music to 8000, kindly dial *305*3# to complete the subscription.
Can I subscribe to multiple bundles?
A. An eligible user will be able to have multiple Hard Bundles. However, the validity period will be that of the last one subscribed to.
Does auto-renewal work with Flexa with Apple Music?
A. *Same Allowance Roll-over*:
– Only data bundles with the same allowance will roll over to the next month.
*Example of Roll-over with Same Allowance*:
– If Mr. Funso subscribes to a 1GB bundle on June 1st.
– Then, he re-subscribes to another 1GB bundle on June 15th.
– The 1GB data from June 1st will roll over and be valid with the new 1GB bundle’s validity period.
- *Example of Different Allowance (No Roll-over)*
– If Mr. Funso buys a 1GB bundle on June 1st.
– Then, he purchases a different bundle (e.g., 5GB or 15GB) on a different date.
– The 1GB data will expire on June 30th and will not roll over.
– The new bundle (5GB or 15GB) purchased will have its own validity period, expiring on July 15th.

What happens when I exhaust my data bundle before the expiration date?
A. Customer will still enjoy Apple Music until the expiration date. Although customer will require data (either other fastlink data plans or any internet connectivity including WiFi).
Can I use the Flexa with Apple music bundle for other internet activities?
A. Yes, data allotted can be used to surf the internet and access other platforms.
Can I activate Flexa with Apple Music on more than one MSISDN linked to my NIN?
A. Yes.
Can I subscribe to the 6months offer?
A. No. the 6months offer is no longer available.
What kind of Android OS can I use?
A. Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or later, or a Chromebook that supports Android apps. Go to Google Play to download the Apple Music app.
Can Flexa with Apple Music be activated and deactivated on CLM?
A. Yes
Can I Subscribe to Flexa with Apple Music without Successfully linking my NIN?
A. No. Customers whose lines have not been successfully linked to their NIN will get the notification “Your request to subscribe to Flexa with Apple Music is not successful. Only numbers linked to a valid NIN can enjoy this offer at the moment. To know your NIN status, kindly dial *996# then select option 4. Otherwise visit myMTN NG App to check.”
What should I do if my NIN has not been linked?
A. Customers should link their NIN to enjoy Apple Music in the closest MTN store near them.
I did not receive DOI when I sent “Music1”, “Music5” or “Music15” to 8000
A. Dial *305*3# to complete the subscription journey.
Can I subscribe for the Student or Family plan?
A. No. this is currently not supported.
Can I subscribe directly from the Apple Music App by clicking the ‘Joined through MTN’ option?
A. No. Only customers who have initially subscribed either through the USSD, SMS or via Web can continue their subscription journey through the ‘Joined through MTN’ Option.

Do I need to pay with my Debit card?
A. You do not require a debit card at all. You will be charged directly from your airtime balance.
Can I use a foreign App store (iOS & Android) to enjoy Flexa with Apple Music?
A. No. you will need to switch to a Nigeria App store
What does the error message in the screenshot mean?
A. This means your App store is registered to another country.
What does the error message in the screenshot mean?
- This simply means you are activating the Flexa with Apple music over a WiFi. Kindly turn off your WiFi and try again.
- When you click the “Joined through MTN?”
- option via the Apple Music App without first initiating the offer via SMS or USSD.
What does ‘Y’ello, your subscription fails because you are blocked from all chargeable value-added services’ error mean?
A. Kindly opt-out of DND to enjoy Apple Music
