A. You can redeem your reward points by using only *312*500# to buy capped broadband plans & bundles.

A. Your monthly spend band for each levels are indicated below

Level 1: 0-N1500

Level 2: N1500 – N5000

Level 3: N5000 – N12,000

Level 4: N12,000 – N25,000

Level 5: N25,000 & above

A. Your reward points expire yearly. At the end of the year, unused reward points will expire.
