A. Yes, you will be able to buy any of the Hourly bundles multiple times, however subsequent purchase(s) will be queued, such that if you buy the two bundles, you will have 2 hours and the second hour will start counting immediately the first 1 hour is exhausted.

A. The pop-up menu is a feature that allows you to buy the Hourly bundle as a one-off purchase or to ‘Buy for a Friend’ i.e.

• One-off Purchase means that your hourly bundle will not renew automatically after expiry.
• “Buy for a Friend” option allows you to buy an hourly bundle for another line with your airtime.

Note: The Hourly bundles are only available as “One-off bundles”. You can buy multiple bundles at any time to continue using the Hourly bundles.

A. The timer starts once you successfully buy any of the Hourly bundles.

A. No, you will be able to use the Hourly bundle for all data activities in Nigeria ONLY.

A. You will be able to check your data bundle balance via the following channels:

• SMS: Texting 2 to 323
• USSD: Dialing 323*4 or *310#
• myMTN NG App
• myMTN web
• ChatBot

A. If you have multiple Hourly bundles active on your line, the bundle with the closest expiry will be used first.

A. If you have Hourly bundles and other data plans active on your line, the bundle with the closest expiry will be used first.

Example

Temidee activated 750MB weekly data bundle on the 6th of May and then activated the 5GB hourly bundle on the 7th of May. He will be charged from the Access Hourly bundle first, for the next one hour, and upon exhaustion/expiry, all other internet activities will be charged from the 750MB weekly data bundle.

A. Customers with active hourly bundles and other social bundles or streaming bundles will be charged from the social/streaming bundle whenever they access the respective platforms.

Examples

Idahosa activated an Hourly bundle at 10 am and then bought a YouTube hourly bundle at 10.15 am. He will be charged from the Access Hourly bundle when he accesses other internet services within the hour. In the event he accesses Youtube within the hour, he will be charged from his Youtube bundle even if his Access hourly bundle is still active.

A. As soon as you exhaust your data bundle before the 1-hour expiry, your internet access will stop, and you will not be able to browse again. To continue browsing, you will need to do one of the following:

• Buy another hourly plan or data plan by dialing *312*1#.
• Borrow data by dialing *303#.
• Opt-in for Pay-As-You-Go browsing by dialing *312*200# to continue browsing with your airtime at N3.07/MB.

A. Yes, you will be able to roll over your unused data from your Hourly bundle ONLY if you buy another Hourly plan within the stipulated grace period.

A. No, you will not be able to share the data bundle on your Hourly plan with your loved ones.
