When will the allocated streaming time start?
A. The timer starts once you start watching a video on YouTube. However, if you do not stream on Youtube within the validity of the bundle, the bundle will expire accordingly.
Can I purchase multiple YouTube Buffet bundles?
A. Yes, you can purchase multiple bundles, but you will be able to use the new bundles only when the current plan expires (i.e., when the allocated time elapses).
Example:
Zainab buys a 24-hour Youtube Buffet plan and repeats purchase for the same bundle within the 24hr validity of the 1st bundle. The second bundle’s usage will start when the 24 hours has been exhausted for the previous plan.
If I have multiple Youtube Buffet bundles, will they expire at the same time?
A. Each bundle activated will still expire separately on their respective expiry dates.
Can I stream videos from other sites?
A. No. The YouTube Buffet bundles can only be used to watch videos on YouTube only.
What happens if my YouTube Buffet plan expires?
A. As soon as the time expires, you will receive a notification to activate another YouTube Buffet bundle.
If I have other YouTube bundle/bonus on my line and have a YouTube Buffet bundle active, which one will deplete first?
A. The bundle or bonus with the shortest expiry date will deplete first when streaming on Youtube.
If I have other data bundles/bonus on my line and have a YouTube Buffet bundle active, which one will deplete first?
A. The YouTube bundle will deplete first whenever you are streaming on YouTube.
Will I be able to rollover my unused data?
A. Yes, you be able to roll-over unused bundle after expiry if they buy the same bundle within the roll-over period.
Is my YouTube streaming data unlimited?
A. No. The data allocation on the Youtube Buffet bundle is not unlimited as Fair usage policy applies.
How do I check my YouTube Video Streaming bundle balance?
A. To check your YouTube Buffet balance, simply dial *323*4# (to view the main data bundle and bonus balance).
Will I be able to renew my YouTube Buffet?
A. Yes, customers will be able to auto-renew the bundles when they send R+bundle code to 312.
Example:
Send R801 to 312 to renew the 2.5GB 2 days plan.
Send R802 to 312 to renew the 800MB 1 day plan.
Q. Can I share my YouTube Buffet Bundle?
A. No, you will not be able to share your YouTube Buffet bundle.

What happens if my YouTube Buffet plan expires?
A. Once the allocated time expires, you will receive a notification to activate another YouTube Buffet bundle. If you do not buy another plan within grace period, you will lose any unused data balance.
