A. Yes, your first 1st and 5th minute call in a day will now be charged from your main account, after which subsequent charges will occur from your YafunYafun bonus account or other bonus accounts

After the 1st and 5th minute national call has been charged from your main account, subsequent calls after 1st and 5th minute calls respectively, SMS or data activities will then be charged from your N1000 SIM Activation bonus account (N800 for voice calls & SMS & N200 for data activities) before charging your 700% YafunYafun bonus or any other bonus.

Will my 1st and 5th minute call be charged from main account every day? Will my 1st and 5th minute call be charged from main account every day?

A. Yes, your 1st and 5th minute call will be charged from your main account daily. The charging counter will reset by 11:59PM mid-night and start again counting from 12:00AM.

What happens if the airtime in my main account is less than 1 minute? What happens if the airtime in my main account is less than 1 minute?

A. If the airtime in your main account is less than 1 minute, the available airtime in your main account will be used for calls after which subsequent charges will be taken from your N1000 SIM Activation bonus account or other bonus accounts.

Example

If you have N20 in your main account and N400 in your SIM Activation bonus account, call charges will begin from the N20, and once exhausted, charges will continue from the SIM Activation bonus account.

However, if you recharge before your 5th-minute call, then your 5th-minute call will be charged from the main account after which subsequent calls will be charged from YafunYafun bonus account or other bonus accounts.

I am trying to make my first call of the day I have N0 airtime in my main account and N200 in my YafunYafun account, but I am unable to make a call. Why? A. Yes, you will still be able to use the N1000 SIM Activation bonus when you migrate to another tariff plan so long as the bonus has not expired. However, you will not be able to use the SIM Activation if you migrate to XtraSpecial plan or XtraValue plan.

A. Yes, you will receive notifications that your line will be migrated to Betatalk tariff plan, 10 days, and 5 days before migration. You will also receive a notification on the day the line is migrated to Betatalk.

Will I continue to enjoy the 100% Data bonus if I migrate out of the YafunYafun plan before the third month? Will I continue to enjoy the 100% Data bonus if I migrate out of the YafunYafun plan before the third month?

A. Yes. If you migrate out of YafunYafun within the first 3 months, you will continue to enjoy the 100% Data bonus until the end of the third month.

A. No, your 3 months start counting from the day your number was activated.

A. You will be able to use 350% YafunYafun airtime bonus for calls ONLY, to ALL Local Networks in Nigeria and the 350% bonus for data activities.

A. You will be able to enjoy the 100% Data Bonus for 1 month ONLY. However, if you migrate to another tariff plan (EXCEPT BetaTalk) within the 30 days of SIM activation, you will enjoy the 100% data bonus for 90 days from the day of SIM activation.

NOTE: The 1-month validity on 100% Data Bonus starts counting as soon as the customer is on MTN YafunYafun plan.

A. No. You will not enjoy the data bonus offer if you migrate from Yafun Yafun to Betatalk.

A. The eligible tariff plans are Pulse, mPulse, Trutalk, XtraSpecial, XtraValue, XtraValue Carte.

If I migrate from Yafun Yafun to any of the eligible tariff plans within the one month of SIM activation, will I enjoy the 100% data bonus offer? If I migrate from Yafun Yafun to any of the eligible tariff plans within the one month of SIM activation, will I enjoy the 100% data bonus offer?

A. Yes. You will be able to enjoy 100% data bonus offer when you migrate to any of the eligible tariff plans within the one month of SIM activation and the bonus offer will be valid for 90 days from the date of SIM activation.

If I migrate to Betatalk and then migrate to eligible tariff plans within the one month of SIM activation, will I enjoy the 100% data bonus offer?  If I migrate to Betatalk and then migrate to eligible tariff plans within the one month of SIM activation, will I enjoy the 100% data bonus offer?

A. Yes. You will start enjoying the 100% data bonus offer when you migrate to eligible tariff plan from Betatalk within the one month of SIM activation. Note that migration fee applies for multiple migration within 30 days.

Scenario:

Customer activates a new SIM on the 1st of January and selects Yafun Yafun plan. The 100% data bonus offer is given to the line, valid for 30 days. On the 10th of January, Customer migrates to Betatalk plan and is unable to enjoy the offer again. If customer migrates to Pulse on Jan 25th, the customer will start enjoying the 100% data offer and the offer will expire on the 31st of March (90 days from 1st of January)

A. No. The offer expires after 30 days if you do not migrate out of Yafun Yafun to any of the eligible tariff plans within 30 days.

A. The airtime bonus is valid for 7 days after which all unused bonuses will clear. If you recharge again before your bonus expires, you will receive another bonus but all bonuses received will expire separately on their respective day of expiry.

Doris has 4GB on her main data, 4GB bonus data and N700 airtime bonus for data on recharge. First, her 4GB main data will be used up after which her 4GB bonus will deplete then finally her N700 airtime bonus will deplete until it is exhausted or expired.
